Meet the Trainers
Caitlin and Sarah will be the principle facilitators on this course and have broad experience in applying NLP, Clean Language and Systemic Thinking successfully in practical education and business settings. They are an example of diversity@work and the differences between them bring out their creativity and support them to keep on learning about one another.
All the trainers on these programmes are continuously applying these practices to themselves and endeavor to be an example of diversity@work.
Our Aims
Caitlin and Sarah feel that if we can communicate cleanly then we can create a community where diversity and differences enhance and contribute more effectively to a self-regulating, self-learning, self-supporting and sustainable system.
Their approach is to help you become more efficient in the way you understand and deal with differences between people. They aim to create sustainable learning through working with the system so that it develops its own solutions.
They realised that at the heart of their work is diversity, becoming aware of it, harnessing it and celebrating it. They decided they would like to develop a comprehensive programme which has diversity at its heart and different contexts to apply it in. They want to develop individuals systems and systems of individuals to generate their own solutions using their diverse skills and experience.
