Trainers

Caitlin Walker and Sarah Smith will be the principle facilitators on this course.

Penny Tompkins, David Grove, James Lawley and Michael Mallows experts in the appropriate field will join us to provide their insight, experience and different perspectives. This gives you an opportunity to gain from their wealth of knowledge, experience and their different teaching styles.

Our Method

We build an environment that allows the group and each individual to understand themselves, other people and the dynamics between them in a non-judgemental way. Then you set developmental outcomes and receive coaching, allowing you to generate and manage your own changes, bringing sustainable development.

We use clean questions and NLP modelling to teach the clean questions and NLP modelling. We challenge our own stereotypes and prejudices at all stages of course development and delivery. We ask for and accept feedback and participants will be asked to assign us developmental tasks during the course so that we are all in a state of learning.

While the courses have clear frameworks there’s room for flexibility ensuring that the course reflects the diversity of the group it serves.

Building Blocks

Some exercises and tools form the building blocks of modelling and NLP and will be used in all of our modules. Practicing these skills in different contexts will allow you to develop mastery. These include: clean questions, sensory acuity, setting states, building rapport, well-formed outcomes and feedback.

  Funding for Merseyside Residents

It is important to us that we develop a course that enables a diverse group to attend. We therefore work hard to find funding streams to help support people who are unable to pay anything or can only pay part of the amount.

Merseyside businesses
can get 60% funding through Skills Work. Either contact us or Skills Work to see if you qualify.

Community Groups
can check with Community Foundation for Merseyside to find out what funding is available for these learning programmes

We do offer Payment plans which have a small administration fee added so please contact us for more details on this or funding options.
